OtterPlan (the "Service") is an AI-powered travel planning web application. Users input their destination, travel duration, and preferences, and the AI generates a customized travel plan.

• The Service is provided free of charge and can be used without registration.
• API rate limiting is applied when using the Service.
• Malicious use of the Service or sending automated bulk requests is prohibited.
• The Service is intended for users aged 14 and above.

Travel plans, place recommendations, budget estimates, and schedules generated by OtterPlan are automatically created by AI (OpenAI GPT). Please note the following:

• AI-generated information is for reference only and accuracy is not guaranteed.
• Business hours, admission fees, and transportation details may differ from reality.
• Budget estimates are approximate and may differ from actual travel costs.
• Please verify the latest information before executing your travel plan.

The design, code, and otter mascot illustrations of OtterPlan belong to OtterPlan. Users retain rights to the content of AI-generated travel plans.

• OtterPlan may modify, suspend, or terminate the Service without prior notice.
• We are not responsible for data loss due to service interruptions. Please export important travel plans as PDF for safekeeping.

OtterPlan utilizes third-party services such as Google Maps and OpenAI. Their respective terms of service and policies apply separately. OtterPlan is not responsible for service impacts caused by third-party service outages or changes.

OtterPlan shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of the Service. The Service is provided "AS IS."

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
